The board
Mit alles, mit scharf
In Berlin they ask two questions: mit alles? (everything on it) and mit scharf? (make it hot). Say yes to both.
The menu is being written. Come back shortly.

Why a bear
Berlin’s animal.
Berlin’s sandwich.
The bear has stood on Berlin’s coat of arms for eight hundred years. The döner is barely fifty years old there — invented by Turkish workers in Kreuzberg who put the meat in bread so you could eat it walking. Both are Berlin.
We build ours the same way: the spit stacked by hand every morning, bread pressed on the grill so it goes crisp outside and stays soft inside, and three sauces — Kräuter, Cocktail, Scharf — made in-house.
“Einmal Döner, mit alles, mit scharf.”One döner. Everything on it. Make it hot.
